All staffers were friendly and helpful.

We had trouble with our air conditioning.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained (except for our air conditioner unit, it kept turning off, even when we put it on high fan). The room had all the features that we needed and wanted, and a extra big plus, it was a non-smoking hotel. The continental breakfast was just enough to keep us moving until lunch. My husband enjoyed making waffles! The lobby was welcoming, especially the fresh flowers and many in our party met there instead in each others' rooms. ...read more

I liked everything about this hotel from the moment we walked in. The staff is kind, courteous; the room immaculate.

The handle to flush the toilet in our suite.

When every hotel in the Wilmington area is sold out this is a good option.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim.

For a one start hotel, it was clean and located near many restaurant options. It just takes awhile to get there from major roads as the road leading to it sometimes goes down 10 25 mph as it winds through some farming communities. ...read more
